We remove the work
you still do by hand
We find the steps where people retype data between systems and replace them with a workflow that runs itself. If a rule in code is enough, we will not propose AI.

What we can stop you doing by hand
Not sure which of these you need? Start with a process audit — it is free.
Message PatrikUnderstand first,
automate second
We walk the process as it actually runs — not as it is documented. Only then do we look for what can drop out of it.
- Fixed price and deadline before any work
- One person to talk to
- Monitoring and logging from day one
The only step left is the one where a human decides: approving an exception above €5,000.
Manual work can be measured.
Then we can remove it.
| Process | Frequency | Manual today | After deployment | Saved |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Retyping orders from e-mail into ERP | daily | 2 h 10 min | 4 min | 12 h / month |
| Invoicing and payment matching | weekly | 3 h | 15 min | 11 h / month |
| Monthly management report | monthly | 6 h | 0 min | 6 h / month |
| Stock level checks | daily | 40 min | 0 min | 13 h / month |
| Answering standard enquiries | daily | 1 h 20 min | 20 min | 20 h / month |
| Total | 62 h / month |
An illustrative example from an audit, not a guaranteed result. Your figures will differ — we calculate them before quoting.
The audit takes a 30-minute call and one walk through the process. The output is a table like this one — with your numbers.

How much does a website cost?
Landing page from €500, corporate site from €1,500, e-shop from €3,000. The exact price depends on scope. The first consultation and the quote are always free. Prices are fixed, with no hidden fees.
How long does a website or application take?
Landing page 1–2 weeks, corporate site 2–4 weeks, e-shop 4–8 weeks, web application 4–12 weeks, AI implementation within 30 days. We work in weekly sprints with regular demos.

Yes. Long-term technical support and maintenance after handover, including training for your team and complete documentation. Monitoring and logging run from day one.
Do you work remotely? Where are you based?
We are based in Slovakia and work primarily remotely. Our clients are from Slovakia, Czechia and other countries. We communicate over Slack, Google Meet and e-mail, in Slovak and English.
When will you not propose AI?
When a rule in code is enough for the task. We deploy AI where it has measurable accuracy and where a human fallback exists for exceptions.
Tell me what still runs by hand
Three sentences are enough. If there is a simpler and cheaper way, I will tell you — even if it means a smaller project.
